As far as I'm aware, you'll need to use the Intellisync that you can purchase from your service provider's Website. It's $10 from SunCom; I don't know about T-Mobile.

It is available from T-mopbile's desktop interface for 9.99. It is the only way to sync it

What's the reason to purchase that software when you can upload the information to the mytmobile site and then it updates your unit automatically? There must been some advantage to paying for the software... When I got my SKII, I uploaded all 120 of my contacts to the site and they updated to my phone, for free.

does this work with ringtones and pictures? like can you transfer them both ways?
