Anyone ownes a Panasonic A100 ?

I recently bought a Panasonic A100 and it works great but I can't figure out how to SEND my caller ID automatically. The manual has instructions on how to withhold (or block) the caller ID (Phone Menu-> Call Service -> Withhold ID) but not how to send it. Anyone knows how this is done?
