Odd Issue.... Kyocera slider se47

I was using gagin to upload some ringtones.... when I restarted my phone
Fs.dir.c 02251 error showed up. Now everytime I restart , it keeps coming up.
What should I do?

take it back to your service provider and *hopefully* they will replace it
