Hello everyone, i guess you can concider this a migration over from the LG forum, the reason you may ask? i got 2 LG vx7000 phones and ever sence i got them i have had more static than my sony t68I with att gsm service! It was just horrible!!! anyway, i got my way with verizon and they offered me 2 new kx2's for free, so im taking them, they are try mode so they should receive much better service than my 7000's did. But now getting to the questions!
1. data cable, radio shack cary them or is there a spacific cable any suggests!
2. bit pim work??? or do i need a different peice of software for that.
3. the phone has 16 mb of memory in total. is that devided up between GIN, pics, vids, ringers...etc or does the camera have its own devoted memory spot?. hows the memory work on this.
4. any complaints on the phone. the comparison between my 7000's and this phone are basicly speaker phone, the swivel action, better camera, more memory, and a big display?
Thats it for now, tommorow i go down to the verizon wireless store and get my 2 new replacement phones!!!
anyway, thats about it, hope i learn a lot and can offer any words of wizdom regarding theses suckers.
and think about it, ive spent the last 14 months learning how to use bitpim and to modify my 6000, then the 7000's
I hope its not a completly new ballgame with these.
well thats it time for some sleep. thanks a bunch!

Well, I have had my KX2 for about a week now... it is an O.K. phone but i really wasnt impressed. Within the first 5 mins of using my phone i had dropped 3 calls and that was very frustrating to me becuase my 670 never dropped a call, no matter where i was. i wish i wouldnt have sold my 670... i would trade in my kx2 in a heartbeat . Good luck with the new phones

verizon gave me the run around so im keeping the 7000's but also keeping some credit on my account they offered me... they went cold turky and did not like the idea of me getting a free kx2 (paid 160 for my 2 vx7000's) so go figure anyway... oh well...
