Is there a mod you can do to play mp3s using the nokia 6230 thru your car stereo using the cassette slot?

You would want to look for a headset adapter for the 6230. It uses a pop port headset. So if you can find a 2.5 mm to pop port adapter you can then connect the cassette adapter to it that way. Basically this item here:

on a more serious note, i agree with teh above poster - a pop port adapter will let you hook it up through a garden variety tape adapter
