Win 2003 installation problems

I was trying to instal win 2003 and it wont seem to work it just says failed or something like that.... i bought it off of ebay... but the guy was in a hurry to get feedback and i wasn't getting my phone for another week so i gave him positive feedback, i dont care about 3$ i just wonder what i am doing wrong... anyone have directions?
