I highly doubt that there is anyone who can service Gx32 in USA because it was never officially released here.

Sharp doesn't even have any phones in the United States.

Actually, YES sharp does sell a phone in the US. TMobile carries the Sharp TM150 or what ever it is...

I spoke with both Sharp and SmartTone the carrier who supplied the phone. I would have to hand deliver the phone to a repair shop in HK for them to fix it. I'm about to call them one more time and complain to see what I can get taken care of. I'm guessing I'll pay for shipping both ways, but it should be able to get done....
