Cool Edit adding silence to the end of my ringtones

actually, it'a adding it to both the begining and the end and I don't know how to stop it. I posted about this in an old thread, but since I still don't know how to deal with this issue, here I am again. I've made a handful of ringtones, but every time Cool Edit adds a fade in from silence and a fade out to silence. I want it to loop. I can't get a continuous sound with silence on the end.

I'm sure Cool Edit has a checkbox or something that I need to uncheck, but I don't have a clue which one. Any Cool Edit Pros out there have some advice? Is there a name for this silence? There are a ton of settings with ms options, but I don't know which one is mine. I've been trying trial and error, but no luck.

I guess I'm the only one having this issue. Every time I make on it automatically saves in with a fade in and a fade out. normailly this would be good but it doesn't help my loop.

maybe I'll try a different audio editor
