MP3 Clip?

When the 860 first came out, there was a tutorial for the ringtone settings and what not. A program was floating around to cut the tracks. I think it was called MP3 clip. Just a basic program with a couple fields to edit time from the beginning and end of the MP3. I've lost this program and can't find it anywhere. Anyone happen to have it, sending it to me would be greatly appreciated.

well i use dbPowerAmp to convert the mp3 back and forth then i use cooledit pro to cut the song the ni convert the wav back to mp3 then upload works great everytime never had an issue. 32 mono 8000
