sidekick 1 problem...

i dropped my sidekick and the screen has power to it and everythin works fine no scratchs on the screen no cracks but i cannot see anything?? does anyone know why?

Plug it into the wall and try a hard reset (Poke reset hold and power button).
If that fails call CS and u need the device exchanged. If you tell them u dropped it they will slap u with a $70 Fee. If the device is older than 1 year you will have to pay $70 Fee to get the device repaired. Is the phone ringing still?

yea everything is fine the screen has power lights up 2 it... but no image
