Just as the subject says. I have BitPim installed and it gives me the error about not transitioning mode from none to brew. So I don't know whether to try to fix that or get another program. All I want it for is to upload pix and ringtones. I am a total n00b at using software to do it and I am paranoid about messing my phone up. So what would be the easiest for me?

just use bitpim. Its the easiest and will do everything you need it to do. Gagin is old, and QPST is not easy for newbies...

In that case does anyone know the solution to the error -- transitioning mode from none to brew? I've already tried changing the COM ports to no avail.
