Yes and no...as I said, the option for that does not appear in menu. I can set JPG as wallpaper if I take a pic and save it for that. Problem only happens when I download, NOT with JPG files already in the phone. This issue was also related by someone else in this forum but I can´t remember who or where...

The Quality also has to do with what ur using to make it a GIF file, if your doing like most people puttin it into pain and saving it as a GIF it will suck.... However i do mine in Photoshop it doesnt really decrease the picture quality at all...

Yea i know sorry i was just showing you that u said jpg better quality which yes i agree with, but if you know how to save them right with right programs they are much smaller, u can save more to a phone, and they work fine because thats whats recommended.

Yes, I can see that you do good jobs with Photoshop but I think this app is very difficult to me since I do not work well with graphics. Anyway, I can play with Acdsee. I also have CorelPaint and maybe I begin to learn how to transform the images to gif without losing quality and not becoming too large.

Tks for replying anyway.

To this point i have been able to fool my phone. I save my files as jpeg as to not lose any color or quality. Then i just right click and rename the file .gif and then upload to the phone and its fine.

ViolentA79 - Thank you sooooo much! I have been working on my wallpapers for hours with no success because of the same problem, I used your suggestion and in a few seconds I had my wallpapers loaded on my phone! - you guys are amazing and I appreciate all you do for all of us

ok people this is what u need to do. When u open webjal and in the wallpaper section click on download as if u were going to put a gif wallpaper on the phone...NOW in the filename box type "*.*" (without the quotes) AND PRESS ENTER "NOT" ok BUT ENTER it will then display every file type there is... just select the JPEG with the correct resized attributes and upload it to the phone

NOTE: u must do this every time OR IT WILL NOT WORK

or u can type "*.jpeg" and only the jpegs will show up
