Well im coming off from using a vtech a700 and motorola c333....so yah im pretty new at this

well i got an x70 a lil over a week ago, and i been playing around with it learning how to use a phone like this

everything seems to be alright except i cant send MMS and when i recieve it, it goes directly to my SMS section of messages, and from there i cant download or view what was sent by using the browser

i looked in the manual and everything and i cant get it to work.....i even called Fido and they said something about they have to activate MMS, and they said it will be working after an hour, its 3days later and its still not working

when i try to send MMS it gives me a "Please Check Server Settings"... i even got it to a point where it looks like its sending and the animation shows up but then it tells me "Connction Failed"... then the same "Please Check Server Settings"

so.....i cant use MMS and i cant use the Browser

can someone please help me out....?

btw...i have the A16 version firmware.... i doubt that is an issue

Did you input the GPRS settings on your phone?
In order to send and receive MMS you need GPRS.

i think so......is that where you get 2options

either GPRS or Circuit switch?.....

if not.....what do i do

I never used that phone. I just know that you need GPRS in order to send and receive MMS

Where you select GPRS, instead of selecting set, select edit using the center nav key. Here you will need to set the APN and user name/password. That should fix your problems. I do not know the FIDO settings, but FIDO should be able to help you there.
