hooked lg vx4400 to QPST

I hooked up my mom's lg vx4400 to that QPST program and I was so excited. I was trying to put some ringtones on it. The program reads that I put the ringtone on there, and it restarts my phone when I close the program... But the phone still does not have the ringtone on there. Yet the program is still saying it is on the phone. I cannot figure out why this is happening. If anyone has any insight to this problem, PLEASE respond and let me know!
