How do you escape the dreaded 2-dot/3-dot dance from hell?

Now THAT is very interesting. Have you done any resets on the device? (This is a problem I have not seen before) Does it got back and forth??

For Now try soft and then a hard reset. PM me more info.

Yes, I've turned it off and then on. I've only had the unit for a little over a week and I've had to do this about twice.

I've seen mention of soft and hard resets. Can you describe how each is done?

Soft Reset: Hold @+1+0. The device will reset.

Hard Reset: Press down, using a paper clip, the button in the hole under where the screen rotates, then press the power button.

Soft reset usually escapes the 2 or 3 dot dance when I have it.
