mpx220 original default setting?

i purchased a used mpx220. i want to set the settings back to its original default setting. i dont mind losing any information. willing to start all brand new. went thru the phone's option and couldnt find any options or features that will allow me to do so. can you set it back to its original settings at all? if so please tell me how. thanx.

oh btw i got the cingular version of the phone.

and the reason i want to set it back to default is when i go to settings and select anything in that content it gives me an error. "the settings could not be opened"

and i cant even access the "about" because it gives me that error so what firmware i have i am unsure about.

when the phone is off Hold the Big Blue Button in when you power up, it will ask you to format and select yes

oh i have one more question... how do you upgrade firmware?

Nothing out nyet to upgrade firmware on MPx220. Hopefully soon someone will figure it out or sneak out and host it on HOFO
