hey guys,
i've got an s700i, and i purchased the dcu-11 data cable.
i find it really slow to transfer files from pc to phone. It took me 1.5 hours or so to transfer a 3.6mb file. Why is it so slow.... ? i thought the cable had "high speed transfer" as listed on sony ericsson website..
am i doing it wrong.. ?
i've installed all software, so i click on "my phones" on my desktop and then click "s700i" and paste it into my memory stick..
need help?

I have a f500i that uses the same data cable but can't seem to get it to work. Did you have any trouble when you first installed the driver.

no problems with it..
its just really crap..
my advice.. dont buy it.. get a bluetooth dongle.. or transfer via IR, or memory card reader if your fone uses memory stick

i JUST GOT THE T610 AND CABLE I FIND THAT IT TRANSFERS OK BUT IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO GET IT TO WORK BUT THEN I READ AND FOUND OUT THAT U HAD TO HAVE THE RIGHT PORT ON ... THE THING THAT IAM TRYING TO DO IS SEND A FILE THROUGH THE CABLE TO MY PC ???? BUT I CANT JUST WONDERING IF U GUYS KNOW HOW?? I CAN TRANSFER FROM MY PC TO CELL BUT NOT THE OTHER WAY .......
