Trouble downloading Ringtones to my 860.

I am having trouble downloading ringtones to my 860. I have some MP3's that i cut and converted into wav files but when i go to download them using webjal it comes up with a communication error. It works fine if I download ringtones from motospeak and then send them to my phone via webjal.
Does anyone know the solution?
