Has anyone been able to get the VX7000BK to work on Linux with bitpim (I tried 0.7.26).
I'm running Debian unstable with kernel 2.6.10 - the phone is detected by the cdc-acm module and I can do commands in minicom fine (115200 8N1, I set the diag interface to this in the service menu as well) but it fails to go into diagnostic mode (gives error when AT$QCDMG is issued).
I am using the USB charging cable from RPI Wireless.
Strangely, the phone works fine on my MacOSX powerbook. Does Linux do things differently from mac? Any thoughts/ideas?
