anyone know how i can unlock my t616 phone? I am currently with Rogergs but would like to switch over to Fido.

I just got mine unlocked from www.unlockthatmobile.com. They do it over the internet and all you need is a T28 serial cable. The cost is aroun 20.00 for the service and the cable is very cheap on ebay.

i thought you need a dss-25 or dss-20 to unlock phones.

anyways, how do you unlock a t610? isn't it done through a code input or something?

I wanted to unlock my t616 too but don't know what's the cheapest and easiest way to do it either.

I can unlock it for ya. I unlocked mine, and I still have the unlocking kit... sadly, I don't have a t616 anymore.
