Hello, I'm sorry for asking what's probably a basic questions all you seasoned ho(fo)'s probably already know the answer to...

I got my LG VX8000 today, and there was one specific ring tone that I wanted, it's only 2 seconds long (it's an actual ring- not a song or anything). I went to the website and saved the ring to my computer, converted it to a .mid file, and sent it to my phonenumber@vzwpix.com. My phone accepted it, and I was able to save the 2 second ring tone to my phone. I was so happy because I'm not so knowledgable with cell phones, or computers, and to have to work with a cell phone AND computer is scary...

So I set the 2 second file as my ring tone, and when someone called it rang. Once. Only once! I thought that the file would just loop itself until I either answered the call, or it went to voice mail. I didn't know that the phone would only play the file once, no matter how small.

Is there anyway I can loop the file on my phone so that it'll ring more than once?

Thanks, I tried that, but it didn't work. The same thing is happening, just playing once.
