I want to add words to the Suretype dictionary - like "I'll" for "ill". I think it is possible, has anyone done it? Does it cause any issues?

In a message, bring up the menu and go to edit auto text.

I wouldn't recommend changing the word ill to an autotext of I'll, there already is an auto text for I'll. Just type il, and it will change it to I'll.
