When I run the Application Loader instead of seeing what is installed on my BB as I usually do, I get a message in the Application Loader Wizard that says

No System software was found for your handheld. Contact your system administrator or service provider for information on obtaining handheld system software.

Any clues??? If I try to load something new is it going to jack up my BB?

Nevermind... I recently reformatted and although I had the Desktop Manager installed I didn't have the System Software on here. ...
