Best Blackberry for web browsing

Which Bleckberry unit is the best one for web browsing? I've never had one before and I am thinking about getting one since they can get the real internet and not just the wap internet. And the e-mail would be nice too as an added bonus. And by the way, which ones are faster when it comes to operating functions. I had the treo 650 from Sprint for a while but I took it back due to all of the problems. But the internet was pretty good on it. I doubt that any Blackberry will be as good as the treo 650 when it comes to internet surfing, but maybe they are more robust. I just need something that has a decent phone built in and the ability to surf the real web. Any info will be appreciated.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7780/3.7.1 UP.Link/1.1)

The 7700 series has the best size screen for viewing, that's what I am using right now. But I heard the 7100 series are a little faster. They both use GPRS so I am not sure why, but that's what I heard!

The blackberry isn't as good a browser as the PocketPC or Treo. If web browsing is your top priority, get a PocketPC. Verizon Wireless has one with EV-DO. Otherwise at least get one with EDGE. Using GPRS or standard CDMA is very slow.

As to your question, if I was getting a BB where web browsing was needed, I'd probably go for the Verizon 7250 that was just released. Reading on the net and in these forums, it will have a software upgrade to EV-DO in a few months.

Thanks for the info. I had also recently heard about the 7250 and I have been looking for info on it. I will check it out. Thanks again.
