Sharp TM150 help!

I am using a Sharp TM150 and when I charge the battery. After s while it is at a full charge. I leave it on the charger and in like an hour the last battery bar starts blinking. Like it is charging.
I had the phone replaced it still does it.
What is going on?

its possilble that the phone starts to run off the battery when its fully charged. After the hour, it starts charging again because its gone down a little. This is just a theory though. If your battery life isn't any different than normal, then I wouldn't care about it
