How to upgrade firmware of 6600?

The phone in my hand is a 6600 that with the firmware version 3.42.
I bought it in Canada from online mail-order because no carrior provided it and currently it is signed with Rogers.
Can anybody tell me how to upgrade the firmware for the phone. I heard the firmware version of 6600 now is 5.xx.
Is it possible that I can do it without to send it to a Nokia service center?
