RaZR V3 sounds

OK, I know this will sound rather sad but ...
I am trying to find if there is any way to get a sound to play when the flip cover is opened on my V3. I am trying to put together a Star Trek theme and thought it would be rather cool to have a "communicator" sound effect play when the cover is opened. (Will probably annoy the hell out of me for a while, but ...)
There must be some kind of switch or trigger that is activated as the outer LCD screen changes when the cover is opened and a call picks up if the cover is opened. Can't be too hard for one of you genius's out there ....

I haven't seen any such thing done for the Razr.
