Hey, ever since i got my nextey i could load ringtones easily. However, once i got my CP modded to a flashing keyboard and some dashdialing the ringtones arent really working. I use webjal and some wierd and obnoxious alerts come up: the phone is alreading in use for something. or some other weird stuff.
would someone please help me
oh and by the way, mikecp-something- modded my CP

easy fix. load your old code plug back up.

Sounds like a java app is running on your phone, thats why you get that message when you try to connect to webjal. I don't know the guy that did your codeplug so all I can say is be careful who you let mod your codeplug. Just because someone has the "Software" does not mean they know what they are doing and you can screw up your phone and make it a paperweight. PM me or go to the site in my profile and I'll get it fixed for you.

Check your java apps. If there is one running you need to kill it before you can connect with webjal.

Also, if not, sometimes initiallyizing the java apps will make it work too.
