Hmmmmm.....my tm150 doesnt vibrate when the phone is closed when someone calls in. In my profile, the vibrate function is enabled and my ringing volume is set to 5. It gets annoying when im in a loud place, and the phone is in my pocket and i cant hear it. I miss some calls because the phone doesnt vibrate. However, when i do hear a call coming in, once i flip the phone open, then it vibrates. Getting frustrated. Why doesnt my phone vibrate when its closed and a call is coming in? can anyone help me? THanks.

Might be a defective unit. Call Tmobile and they will send you a replacement.

Get a replacement and if you're lucky it'll have active flip.
