Can someone convert this wav for me?

Can someone please convert this .wav file for proper use with Nextel? I tried converting it to the proper attributes with a program called GoldWav, but it didn't work and WebJAL won't let me download it to my i730 (midis and stuff are no problem so I I know my WebJAL is working okay, even other wavs...). I would appreciate if someone could do this for me and either PM me, post it here, or send it in an email to [tpc at yahoo dot com] (spelled out to avoid bots.
PS. I am sorry if there is a thread for requests already.

Nevermind. I downloaded Adobe Audition 1.5 and converted it.
What is the best version to save the file as? I saved it as a PCM (I think) with 8/8/7
Is there a better choice?
