hi,

sadly, my p800 is nearing death ... or ?

i was wondering if anyone seen this behaviour:

-phone is turned on and regular SE logo/jingle appear ...

- then after few secs the screen dims ... and the logo disappears ...

regular "reset" by holding power button doesn't help at all.

is there any other "special", "harder" reset ?

i guess it's just a system corruption

how do you reset the p800 (besides 10 sec power button) ?

go to ur service menu and choose option 3

i can't get to service menu ... p800 doesn't get that far ... (beyond SE boot sign).

any more ideas ?
