Search didnt do jack! Pls Help!

Ok, i've used webjal alot before, i've made custom ring tones, i know how to chop and paste songs together blah blah. But now i need help. My webjal says it cant authenticate with server, that i can search and fix, but I need to download programs but i cant find a working link for php, apache won't let me find the conf/ssl folder to set up. I heard webjal 3 and the new patch make it possible not to have to use apache etc, can someone please provide links? thanks
