MPx220 won't recieve calls?

My Motorola MPx220 randomly won't recieve calls. The caller is immediately sent to voicemail.
I can call out, so the phone is "registered" with the service, but won't receive calls.
Then it will....
New phone.
FW v. 1.3
Cingular
Cingular can't see a problem from their end.
Anybody else experience this?

I have the same problem.
Cingular seems to be out of mpx220. Backordered for 2 weeks.
Some of my friends who got the phone along with me from buy.com having the same issue.
This phone has not really gone through qa and the poor users are doing it.
