Any of you experience this?
I get an SMS message and walk into an area that has no signal (ie elevator). click on read message and then I see the Please Wait message and nothing happens. It hangs on the Please Wait screen. I need to pull the battery and start it up again. After that reading the message using the menu is fine.

Yup got mine from 'Seen Tat' in HK. Do you use memory (phone numbers) from your handset or from your SIM?
also, do you know if there's new firmware for these?
How do you get games onto these things?

i use phone memory....
since the memory for the phone is limited to 2mb, i didnt bother to try installing any games
trick for phone number input, i got used to the nokia, that you can type the first letter of the first name and it scrolls to the first number starts with the letter....but this sharp is only limited to last name first, so i put "first last" in the last name field to get around it
i dont know if there is a new firmware out there, and since i'm not experiencing any problem, i wouldnt want to touch it at all....
unless they have a new one for active flip....

active flip would definitely be good. but I hear that there's a motorola patent on it... not sure
I've changed to phone memory and am not experiencing the hang anymore.
guess I can do without games... just gotta find some chinese ringtones now.
