I can't take credit for this...a co-worker took the settings SUNCOM gave me (luckily not 100% of the employees there are losers). He used t-mobile as his guide and voila it worked for me.
==============================
For the WAP settings try the following:
Setup for the WAP GPRS APN:
1. Start Menu\Settings\Connections
2. Select GPRS
3. Menu\Add
4. Add the following:
Description: Suncom WAP APN (or something smaller..)
Connects To: The Internet
Access point: mobileinternet
5. Done.
Setup for the WAP Gateway Proxy:
1. Start Menu\Settings\Connections
2. Select Proxy
3. Menu\Add
4. Add the following:
Description: Suncom WAP GW (or something smaller..)
Connects From: The Internet
Connects To: WAP Network
Proxy (name
ort): 066.150.237.195
Type: WAP
5. Done.
Manually Setup Connections to use WAP GW:
1. Start Menu\Settings\Connections
2. Menu\Advanced
3. Change WAP Connection to: Suncom WAP APN (or what ever you named the WAP APN in the first set of directions)
4. Done.
Setup Internet Explorer to use their WAP home page.
1. Start Menu\Internet Explorer
2. Goto Favorites
3. Menu\Add Favorite
4. Add:
Name: Suncom Homepage
Address (URL): wsp://mobileinternet
5. Add
You might want to try adding wsp://wap.google.com as a test favorite as well (just in case there are problems accessing Suncom’s homepage).
====================
I probably won't post again as I don't "hang" out here, but wanted to share this with the world as this has caused me great aggrevation and a few bad words with SUNCOM's Customer Service rejects.
I'm still debating if I should call SUNCOM and let them know the proper settings.

I tried these settings and more with no success. Is there a more detailed instruction?

man I've tried every freaking thing for GPRS for suncom and I still can't get it to work. I have an MPx200 and I did those settings plus a couple more and none still works. Any more ideas?
