webjal error message help

i am getting this error message form webjal which ive never gotten before. it reads:
A general communication error occured while communicating to the phone. Please verify connection between the computer, phone and cable as well as your perference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud Rate to 19200.
Like ive said above ive had no problem with loading ringtones into my phone before and now i get an error message like this and i dont know what to do. Please help me.

Those particular ringtones that you are trying to load are not in the correct format.
