problem deleting vx6000 ringtone/wallpaper

i read about how to delete them in this forum, from phone,bitpim and filesystem, it deletes but after i power cycle phone, they will be back again...those default ringtones and wallpapers will always be there everytime i restart my phone...anyone know how to fix this??
