How do I get rid of lower menu bar for GX32?

In the actual screensaver, the lower menu bar is covering up my wallpaper. Is there anyway to get rid of it?
Also, how do you set it so when I flip open it'll answer the phone?

GX32 can't do either of those things unfortunately.
