Cant change from upper to lowercase when signing in to Yahoo mail

Can anyone help? It only happens when I try and sign into Yahoo mail. Mobile faqs has no info to help out either. Tmobile is stumped too........BTW its a TM150

I don't think there is anything perculiar about Yahoo mail, it works for me okay. Have you tried changing the case by pushing and holding the * key. The cycle is:
abc -> Abc -> ABC -> 123 -> etc.
To move to the next case you need to push and hold it again.
Does that work?

Actually Audiovox talked me through it. I have to press and hold the * key until it changes.
