I just got a t610, and i have some qustions that i cant find on the forums.

1. My service provider is Fido, and my home screen says Fido, and under it the second line says www.fido.ca. i want to get rid of that url, it is anoying and covers most the screen. how can i do this.?

2. I read that you can flash t630 software into the t610. if i do this will this give the new camera option of taking pics in 640 x 480?

3. i previously used a t300 and i want that click noise when i press buttons, not a beep. how do i get this option.

4. i am using a toshiba e350 pda to transfer pics, rings, themes, to the phone. using IR. how can i transfer files fromt he phone to the pda?

5. where can i get games to put in the phone?

Ok...i have a T616 so i think i can answer most of these to the best of my ability...

1. no you can't change it, its not a feature it actually serves a purpose.

2. You can flash it with the t630 software but you won't be taking any 640x480 pictures with it. what it will be doing is taking pictures at the highest res it can and then stretching it to 640x480. therefore it will look like more *** than it already does.

3. as far as i know theres actually no way to change this. personally i just turn the sound off for the pressing of the keys all together as i know when i'm next to someone on the subway click...click...click or beep...beep...beep beep beep....beeeeeeep, is anoying as ****.

4. to transfer files from your phone to your pda, find whatever file your looking for in pictures, sounds etc, then when you've highlighted said file press the "more" button and hit "send". it will ask you if you want to send it as mms, email, bluetooth or irda, choose irda.

5. for games, wallpaper, ringtones, programs and everything else you will ever need i have been using www.myt610.net from when i first got the phone. great site.
