I REALLY WISH SOMEONE WOULD HELP ME I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOU T COMPUTERS AND REALL Y DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE COMPUTER LINGO.

I DOWNLOADED THE NEW BITPIM AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO PUT A MP3 ON THERE AND CONVERT IT THEY ALWAYS SAY ERROR MESSAGE AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT

ALL I WANT TO DO IS GET MP3 RINGERS ON MY LG8000 AND I CAN'T DO IT IF SOMEONE COULD EITHER EMAIL ON EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT AND WHERE TO GET THE RIGHT SOFTWARE OR JUST REPLY TO THIS

First, stop typing in all caps. It is the internet version of yelling. Thanks.

Next, tell us what steps you did in trying to transfer the mp3's, from the beginning. Someone might see where you need to do things differently.

I downloaded bitpim 0.7.2.6 or whatever the new version is and hooked the cable up and hit add and put a mp3 ringtone on and hit send and then the convert page comes up and it won't let me do anything a error message keeps popping up. I don't think the new bitpim recognizes my phone.

What do I do I just don't want to pay 2.99 off get it now all the day.

Please help me!!!!!!!!1

Have you loaded the drivers? Is your cable from Verizon, or a third party? For the latter, you should probably get the FutureDial drivers for the 7000. I think those will work (someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Do you think that you could email me and make a list of what I need to get ringer on my phone and where you get ringers if you do because get it now is getting to expensive.
