i860 browser empty....?????....HELP !!

When I go to the main menu on my i860, then net, then #3 e-mail/Im & hit ok, it says empty...It has been working fine ever since i got the phone a couple months ago....I havent done any recent software updates or anything....
When i tried signing on my AIM 2day as i normally do it says EMPTY...I powered off then phone & back on with no luck...I did a master reset with still no luck.... Lastly, Went to menu, net, then e-mail/IM, hit the menu key, then advanced, then reload & reset browser..Still says " EMPTY"
I dont know how It became empty & everthing i have tried to restore it hasnt worked....All the rest of the links like Business tools, web sites, downloads etc, ALL work fine.... ANY SUGGESTIONS on how to get the E-mail/IM back on my phone.....????? thanks....

try a master reset. or goto nextel.com and resend "My View"
