Now when I say easy, I MEAN EASY....this is probley the best way to get ringtones on your phone I've found. AND they are LOUD...which has been a problem for all....

First of all you need to go here and download the trail software, its only $24.95 if your going to do alot of recording.

Install it...go on its easy...

Okay open her up, and you will see on the right an options box,click on it, to open, in "RECORDING SOURCE", make sure you set it on "MONO OUT". Recording Quality to "44100Hz,MONO". Also adjust your recording Volume Level, some mp3s need max others only about half. You'll have to play around with it tell you like the sound volume.

Then on "FILE LENGTH LIMITATION" check TIME, and put it on 30 seconds. (The recorder auto stops at this time).

That is all the adjustments you need to make in the Audio Record Wizard.

This program will record anything you play on your computer, so now just open up an mp3 in your player, I use WINAMP. And hit the record button on the Audio Wizard. You have to mess around with the song a bit, to decide which 30 sec section you want, but you'll get the hang of it.
