they even have 4.0 for the 7290 out. but it says its BETA.

the one for the 7100 also says BETA but the version shows 4.0.0.198 which is the same as the T-Mobile and Cingular one..

Rogers is 4.0.0.234 beta

No OS4 available for 7280 yet though.

Can anyone advise what this upgrade will do for a 7290 with OS 3.8? I recall Mark saying that they were very similar to begin with... I also recall people making the upgrade to 4 and having problems...

The main advantage is if you are using Blackberry Enterpise Server wiich allows wireless synchronization.
