corporate email question

hello,

I love my new 650 but my IT department won't install OneBridge on my phone and support it. This would be the connection to my corporate server required to receive all Outlook email, contacts, calendar, etc.

so, I do have access to corporate email through a secure website login. I have to go to the site and type in a user name and password. It is o.k. for speed but a pain to navigate and reply to mail.

Is there an application out there that could help me get into this secure site faster and then navigate around Outlook quickly?

I am really desperate because if I can't figure something out then I have to return my phone and go back to the Treo 600 or switch over to BlackBerry.

Please help!

I've answered this question many times on other threads. Try doing a search.

Quake/Joe,

Thanks but I'm not sure you understood my post or my total dilemma. Maybe I didn't communicate clearly.

What I found you posted was..

Scroll down to about the middle of the page and you'll see some details on it.

In the meantime, if you want access to your email, you'll probably be better off using Sprint's or Cingular's email redirection solution. Sprint's is called Business Connection and Cingular's is called Xpressmail. They both use redirection software to get your email to your device, which means that the system running the software must be connected to your corporate network at all times.

So, my understanding is that I should sign up for Cingular Xpressmail and load it on to my work computer that has a connection to the corporate server. Except... my computer is locked down by IT from downloading any software. So, what the F do I do?

In that case, perhaps you could find another system laying around to load the software on. Something like an old laptop or old PC that no one uses. Other than that, you're stuck.

Take a look at Enhanced Wireless Desktop from Rogers, if you are in Canada.
It will work until the BB Palm software is available...

What the he!!?

I just want to be able to get at my corporate email. That's it. Is there any type of web browser software that makes browsing with the palm treo650 any easier/better/easier to navigate than the Blazer piece of *****?
