Sorry for all the questions guys, I really appreciate the help though.

I upgraded to 4.0- how can I take the 'Enterprise Activation' icon to go away after the upgrade?

How do you remove it?

You can't remove it, but you can hide it. Press the ALT key and press the trackwheel. A menu will appear; select "Hide Icon".

I have had my BB 7100t for some time now. I love the Bluetooth feature and was a heavy user of this function. Until recently I upgraded my software to the newest version 4.0 BB 7100t software through t-mobile's website. Now, I can hardly hear my caller through the headset. This is so annoying. I troubleshooted every level of the hardware and software. Installed the software again, deleted and reinstalled my headset, tried another bluetooth headset and no difference.
