7750 Picture Attachment Help

I have 7750 blackberry, i use the web client, and it doesnt allow me to open picture files. What is the problem and is there an alternate service. The provider is Earthlink

Nextel customers and BES customers are the only ones able to view and attach pictures currently.....I believe...

Is there an application that you know that will open picture attachments, that i can either download for free or pay for.
