Work phone not syncing in Outlook

Using BB7100t and Outlook 2000. BB has version 4 on it.

When I sync, all info goes from my BB to Outlook except the work phone.

I checked the field mapping in Outlook and to me it looks ok:

On the BB "work" is mapped to "business" phone in Outlook. So, from what I can tell, it should bring work phone number from BB and put it in Business phone number in outlook.

Am I missing something here?

Any help would be appreciated.

Do a search for "7100t outlook" there are several posts that talk about this.

The one that worked seems to be the one where you actually delete all informaiton and try to resynch.
