V800 Wont Work On O2

I recently bought a v800. I got it unlocked. thendecided afterwards to upgrade the firmware. I put in my O2 card and it worked great., But on its own it stopped. A symbol appeared next to the signal stregth and the manual states that means "cannot recieve incoming call" sure enough i cant. i cant txt or call anyone. I dont really want to go on to vodafone. But any help would be wonderful!!

Yes this is a bad problem with O2, very bad. Flash with Z800 firmware and maybe you will be ok.
Problem arises as the V800 is voda and they latch the o2 signal which in turn creates conflict between the network searches.
