Memory card problem

I downloaded a vid to my memory card was about 25 mb, next morning woke up to show my friend vid when i went to work, but the vid was missing so was my video folder, so i tried to go to files to delete it but couldnt find it, did a master reset on phone rebooted several times, still cant find it, but this is the problem my memory card is still showing that 25mb are being used, can someone please help any suggestions. i have the atp 512 and never had a problem i still have 231 songs on there and nothing is corrupted, im lost. P.s. searched when syncing also and nothing

same thing happens to me... when i record my videos on the storage card.. they just dissappear

And does it still take up memory.
